"Our 3rd stay at the Garden Studio and hopefully not our last! Local recommendations from Norrie and Anna were great to help us plan out our weekend. An amazing day trip to Arisaig, Silver Sands of Morar & Triagh GC on the Saturday. We also stopped in at Loch Leven Seafood Cafe (again!), Ardgour Ales & Arisaig Shellfish Shack throughout our stay. The walk up to the top of the garden behind the studio is amazing - how had we not done this before?! Ard Daraich is exactly what we look for in a Scottish vacation - peaceful, local day trips & fresh local food. Another perfect break."

During your stay if you would like a chance to see Scotland's ‘Big 5’ – red deer, golden eagle, otter, harbour seal and red squirrel – and a whole host of other native animals and birds then a trip to one of the local nature reserves is a must.

Bluebell Season!
Snap up our final summer dates available for stays in the Garden Studio... We currently have a 3, 4 or 5 night stay between 8th July to 13th July and due to a recent cancellation, a week from 26th May to 2nd June, 4 night minimum stay.

Ard Daraich, Self Catering with Hill Garden. is the perfect place to go on holiday with your dog. Accommodation is dog friendly and right next to a big sandy beach. Yesterday our dog Crinan went for a walk with his friend Maggie. It always amazes me how Maggies owners can get them to sit so perfectly. Perhaps he gets them to say Cheese! ( I think cheese may come into it!) Thank you Always Another Adventure for the photo.

A little snow in January makes everything look brand new. Highland holidays can also be in the winter. You can explore in the daylight and sit cosily by the woodburner in the evening. Lots of low season availability in the Garden Studio until April.
