Only 2 minutes from the M6 and A6 you are in easy reach of Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool and The Lake District, there is always something to see and do.

On arrival to the property, head up the gravel driveway and take in the views of the spacious, well kept garden and orchard; yes the relaxation definitely starts here.
Take full advantage of the spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer and washing machine and relax in the lounge with the 50" Smart Tv and large log burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings in. The property offers unlimited Wifi. With central heating throughout and new double glazed windows so you are guaranteed to be just toasty during your stay.
The property hosts a large dining space for family meals, get together's with friends or that all important Christmas dinner. If dining alfresco is your thing then why not unwind on the comfy garden furniture in the privacy of your own private patio, while the children run off steam in the garden.
The main bedroom is complete with a private en-suite, hosting a shower cubicle and the main bathroom caters for the rest of the guests and comes complete with bath and shower cubicle. (please note the whirlpool bath function on the bath is not in operation)

As well as the whole house, guests will have access to the tree lined paddock, sole use of the driveway and also the patio area, complete with outdoor furniture and a washing line
We are very fortunate to have an on-site personal trainer specialising in sports massage therapy with her own private gym. Available for one off bookings, hire or classes, so you can still keep on top of your fitness whilst on holiday.
