Fantastic turnout this morning for the HBH / TD1 community walk. Didn't manage to get everyone in the pictures!! Somewhere a bit different, over by Eildon Hall. It was snowing, it was chilly and muddy underfoot but everyone got round...and appreciated the drinks and snacks at the end. Well done everyone 🙂

Fantastic turnout for our first Mile by Mile walk, with some beautiful snowdrops at different points along the 3.8 mile route. And, not as chilly out as we thought - or maybe we were just all too busy chatting to notice 😂 Thanks for a great walk everyone - see you next week 🏁❤️🚶

Tomorrow (Saturday 15 February) is the first walk of our 10 week walking challenge! Weather is looking chilly so wrap up warm and join us for the Boleside circular. This walk is approx. 3 miles.
Meet at 10am in the Hub on Channel Street.
Join us back at the Hub afterwards for hot drinks and even more blethering!

Morning everyone, just to let you know that the Hub hours are a bit wonky this week due to staff holiday and volunteer training. Please bear with us - timings below are subject to change!
Wednesday 12/2- Hub closed today
Thursday 13/2 - Hub open 10am - 2pm (closed for cycle lesson about 10.30am)
Friday 14/2 - no Breeze ride this week. Hub open 10am - 2pm.
Saturday 15/2- Hub open 10am-2pm
Sunday 16/2- led cycle to to the Waterwheel Cafe - meeting at the Hub at 10am
Monday 17/2 - Community walk with TD1 Youth Hub (see event for details!)

A lovely (but chilly) morning for our Breeze Network Scotland ride out to Trimontium.

Another 11miles in the bag for Lisa and her Forget Me Not Fairs cycling challenge for Dementia UK 🚴‍♀️

Tomorrow we have our weekly walk leaving the Hub at 10am and a Bike Skills Session with George from 2-4pm.

Here's what's on at the Hub this week:

Thursday-Saturday - our bike mechanic, George, will be in for any repair or service enquiries.
Friday* - Breeze Ride with Angela - route details, departure time and link to register will follow.
Saturday* - Our weekly walk will follow the Gala Water and take us through the Langlee Woodlands. Well behaved dogs allowed when kept on a lead.
Saturday - Bike Skills Session with George 2-4pm.
