Plastic Fee Bunting! I have two strings of blue pure cotton mini bunting leftover from when I used to sell at craft fairs.

Hand Made in Scotland. Zero waste, plastic free celebrations!

Each one is made from repurposed cotton shirts. Only the bias binding is new fabric but it is pure cotton.

They are perfect for adorning a fireplace or a dresser as shown. They measures 1.8 metres and have 12 flags measuring approx 7.5cm. Each string is £10 each plus £1.50 shipping or Free shipping if you buy both. Message me.

SALE - Plastic Free Easter. These egg cosies were hand made by me in my home in the Scottish Borders from upcycled pure wool Scottish sweaters salvaged from charity shops. Each one is hand sewn with cotton thread and the eyes are salvaged buttons. They are £4.50 each (reduced from £6). Shipping is £1.50.

SALE Pure Upcycled Wool and Cotton Tea Pot Sweaters - I’m selling off old stock £12 each plus £1.50 shipping (Normally £16). Free shipping if you buy more than one item. PM me and I will email you a paypal invoice.

The first “muffin” tea cosy is hand sewn from three different felted pure wool Scottish sweaters purchased from charity shops. The thread is cotton and the buttons are salvaged from old clothes.

The second “Frilly” is hand knitted and crocheted from wool and cotton yarn, again, from charity shops.

“Pink T” is hand knitted from two charity shop wool yarns, the T is salvaged from a pink wool coat.

“Blue T” is made from an unpicked donated grey wool cardigan and blue wool boucle yarn from a charity shop.

Ballet Girl was complaining she couldn't find nice fridge magnets for her student flat (to manage the takeaway menus)! Mum to the rescue, 25 cheap magnets from eBay, hot glue and 25 buttons from my vast collection. All ready for her 18th next week. Gifts money can't buy.

Minecraft quilt for my youngest's newly decorated room. All the fabric is either vintage or upcycled from my kids outgrown clothes. A combo of my late Mum's 70s and early 80s Laura Ashley stash and clothes from each of my four kids including the wee man's favourite shirt and his first school trousers.

That's tonight's sewing project completed - 10 animal-fabric, lentil-filled beanbags. I knew those outgrown pyjamas (bought five years ago at a car boot sale while on holiday in Helsinki) would come in useful.

You get some good ideas in the bathroom! Well at least I do! Most would see a shampoo bottle - me, I saw a penguin. Whipped up this Xmas prezzie for the wee man this morning. He's still mad into "club penguin" and this guy will go with the puffle I knitted last year. My other son's sock (with large hole) made a cool hat. Hooray for "sticky-back plastic". The arms are black duct tape folded over.
