We do love our continued 5* reviews and we don’t brag about it as much as we should. But thank you to everyone that loves what we do and thanks to the incredible team that works tirelessly in the background to support all of our clients. It’s been a busy season so far and we’re only getting better and busier.

Our booking system has undergone an update and in doing so has sent out a "booking for glamping pod" to those whom have booked a tent pitch with us... Please don't panic, no bookings have been affected, it's simply an incorrect message so please just ignore. Sorry for any confusion it causes!

Something special about the mood created on the Official West Highland Way when the clouds are rolling around on Loch Lomond. Great time spent with Sarah The Real Food Cafe as they navigated the east shores and to top it off, meeting the great new team at Beinglas Campsite WHW

Roll on the start of the season, it’s time to get the adventures going!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to delight walkers, campers and the curious in our popular and extremely busy one-stop shop. Experience would be nice but not essential as training will be given. The right candidate must have the ability to work alone, as well as part of a tight-knit team.

In addition to delighting our customers, the ideal candidate will help with managing deliveries and stock levels and keeping the shop looking appealing.

A love of serving customers, a good sense of humour and an enthusiastic outgoing personality will go a long way to getting you the job.

Hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate. As well as paying you (£12 -£14 per hour depending on experience), we’ll feed you during your shift. This is a seasonal (live out) position, from mid-March until mid-October.

Interested? Drop us a message or email us on [email protected]

A Letter from Owner and Head Sherpa of Highland Transfers, Ryan Davidson.

Dear Members of the Highland Transfers Team, Esteemed Clients, and Valued Partners,

As we draw the curtain on 2023 and set our sights on the promising horizons of 2024, I am compelled to extend my heartfelt gratitude and admiration to each of you. Together, we have traversed this year with unwavering dedication and passion, transforming Highland Transfers into a stalwart pillar in the realm of self-guided adventure tourism.

To our esteemed team members, I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional commitment and ardour you have demonstrated throughout this transformative year. Together, we have fortified our position and expanded our reach, redefining the benchmarks of excellence within our industry.

To our cherished clients and partners, your unwavering trust and support have propelled us beyond our initial aspirations. From humble beginnings, we have now fostered a global network, embracing partners from diverse corners of the world, ranging from the sprawling landscapes of North America to the enchanting vistas of Australia.

Our journey from inception to our current standing has been a testament to our unwavering commitment to our core principles. Despite the challenging landscape marked by the aftermath of the pandemic and the unsettling fluctuations in the cost of living, we made a conscientious decision to uphold our pricing, choosing to stand by our mission of fostering affordable access to the wonders of the Scottish wilderness. This decision was rooted in our desire to alleviate the burdens on our clients and partners alike, recognizing the profound impact of outdoor experiences on mental well-being.

The staggering success of this season stands as a testament to our collective perseverance and unwavering dedication. While we acknowledge the strains felt by our local clientele amidst the prevailing economic challenges, we are heartened by the influx of international patrons, drawn by the accessibility afforded by the weakened pound. Witnessing a resurgence in pre-pandemic levels of engagement has been an encouraging beacon amidst the recent economic uncertainties.

As we embark on the promising trajectory of 2024, we have found it imperative to recalibrate our pricing to fuel our envisioned growth and development. This strategic step will enable us to expand our operations across the UK while sustaining our commitment to offering unparalleled support and memorable experiences to our clientele. Moreover, it will facilitate our continued investments in cutting-edge technology, bolstering our service standards and optimizing our internal operations for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.

We remain resolutely dedicated to our pursuit of excellence and our steadfast resolve to transcend conventional benchmarks. The future holds tremendous promise, and with your continued support, we are poised to scale new heights and redefine the contours of unparalleled service in the realm of self-guided adventure tourism.

Warmest regards, Ryan Davidson

We have an incredible group on the Official West Highland Way this week going with the goal of finishing it in 5 days.

We’ll share their journey over the week and if you see them on the walk, please show them support and encouragement.

Darren was unfortunately been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2021 and this walk is one to tick off his bucket list.

While doing the walk he is doing an incredible job of raising funds. Please donate to support.
