Glasgow’s Leading Attractions, or GLA for short, began in 2001 with the vision to

bring together and promote the best attractions in the city to both locals and visitors. With that aim in mind, we’ve grown from a small group to over 18 members today. We believe we offer the best sites Glasgow has to offer and can’t wait to help make your time in the city special. In order to ensure we promote only the best attractions, we have a rigorous screening process for membership so you can be confident that your experience in Glasgow will be worthwhile.

We are delighted to announce a new member of Glasgow Attractions. Provan Hall have just joined and we'd encourage you to visit this A listed medieval building in the heart of Easterhouse. Dating back to the 1470s it is one of Glasgow's oldest houses.

Their vision is to create and manage a sustainable heritage attraction which enhances the lives of the local community and ensures that heritage is valued and understood.

Provan Hall Community Management Trust - a registered charity - are the custodians of this beautiful historic building. The recent renovation of Provan Hall by Glasgow City Council has allowed the Trust opportunity to breathe new life into one of Glasgow's oldest buildings. A community heritage site of national significance. They are committed to providing a community facility to support building knowledge, skills, access to arts, heritage and recreation in Easterhouse and welcoming visitors from far and wide.

The museum has been used for filming the Outlander series and the house is believed to be haunted and is a big draw for ghost hunters from all over the world!

General Opening Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm

⚠ Stadium Closure ⚠

Due to the red weather warning that has been issued for tomorrow, Friday 24th January, we are sorry to inform you that our stadium tours will no longer be running and The Number 7 Restaurant and Sports Bar will be closed for the day.

Our priority is to protect the Health and Safety of our staff and visitors and therefore we have contacted all those previously booked to attend the stadium for a Tour or meal tomorrow to rearrange their visit for another time.

Please note all correspondence will come from [email protected] or directly from our ticketing partner Universe. Please ensure you check your junk folder if you have not received an email.

If you have booked through a third party website correspondence will come from there directly.

Staff will still be contactable tomorrow between 9am and 5pm on [email protected] or by phone on 0141 551 4288/4308.

Looking for FREE things to do in Glasgow this weekend?

Riverside Museum is inviting you to step into a galaxy far, far away with its new exhibition 'Sci Fi Galactic Adventures', bringing the magic of the world’s favourite space saga to life.

See props and sets including life-size costumed figures, space speeders, galactic soldiers, fighter models and a well-known android, all inspired by those famous cosmic battles and galactic encounters.

This exhibition is perfect for fans of the franchise of all ages, offering something for everyone, from die-hards, to those discovering the saga for the first time through spectacular displays, models and props. Brilliant photo ops guaranteed!

Cos players are welcome to the exhibition! Please follow Disney recommended guidelines so it is clear for children and families who they can approach for photographs:

- Visitors under 14 years are welcome to wear costumes with masks

- Visitors over 14 years, please wear costumes without a mask and please only pose for photographs with children in your own group.

The exhibition runs until 6 April 2025 ENTRY IS FREE!
