Sri Lanka is an unknown destination to many people, however with our help and knowledge all uncertainty and doubts will soon disappear. Our tours are open to single travellers (no supplements charged), families, couples no age restrictions whether you are 8 or 80
years old. Groups will be no bigger than 16 people. We have tours commencing in April 2012 each lasting 2 weeks and including the following itinerary:-
* Cultural triangle - visiting the ancient cities of Anuradhapura, Kandy, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya (Lion's Rock) and the Dambulla Cave Temple. (All UNESCO world heritage sites)
* Pinnawala (Elephant Orphanage) - get closer to elephants than you thought possible and even help feed them
* Tea plantations around Nuwara-Eliya - see the lush beautiful countryside and visit a tea factory
* Adam's Peak - (Sri Pada meaning 'sacred footprint' Buddhists believe it to be Buddha's footprint) 7353 feet above sea level. This is a pilgrimage with the ascent commencing at midnight
* Yala National Park - one of Sri Lanka's largest national parks and a great place to view leopards and elephants in their natural habitat.
* Galle visiting the Dutch Fort and the beautiful beaches of the South West coast. Package includes:
* Return direct flights from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester and London
* Accomodation and food (breakfast and dinner only, alcoholic drinks not included)
* All tours with local guides and us, including all transport
