We have now started our late season opening times.
For October we are now open daily from 10.30am until 4.30pm with last entry at 4.00pm.
The tearoom is open daily from 10.30am until 4.00pm.
Falconry shows are the same time as usual 11.30am and 2.30pm.

Also on the 25th September there will be no falconry shows as Andy needs to be away for the day.

This is the first time all of the current Band members have played inside the castle and we hope they enjoyed the experience as much as we did.

It was a great finish to our day with a visit from members of the Sutherland School Pipe Band.
This visit was to recognise the new skins of the bass drum which Dunrobin were delighted to fund and we hope will be used for many years to come.
This year is the 40th anniversary of the Schools Pipe Band and they will be celebrating this with an event in Lairg on the 21st September.
Thank you for this visit and we look forward to seeing you play again next week.

We are delighted to announce The Dunrobin Rally to be held at Dunrobin Castle, Golspie on Sunday the 15th September, 12pm - 4:30pm. Entries are now open, please contact [email protected] to secure a spot for your exhibit.

The Dunrobin Rally is free for exhibits to all CSVCVC members. All proceeds of this event go to a charity chosen by members, nothing goes to the club. A donations from members will be greatfully accepted on the day.

Thank you to the team at Venture North for sharing our recent award news. We have been looking after guests from CIE Tours for many years and they have an amazing team who bring visitors to all corners of the UK. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Now that we are already in May our opening times extend a little.
We are now open every day from 10.00am until 5.00pm with last entry at 4.30pm. This includes bank holidays and as we don't use a booking system for tickets you can come along any time during these open hours and have a look around.
Falconry shows are still at the same times of 11.30am and 2.30pm.
We hope to see many of you soon.

I finally managed to get a quick video of our resident red squirrels 😁 It looks like they are enjoying the weather and making the most of the castle grounds being quiet. Only 2 weeks before we open again on the 29th March so hopefully our visitors will be able to see them during a visit 🤞 Sorry about the quality of video.

The full winter team arrived back today to start the process of cleaning the castle in preparation for opening again on Easter Friday 29/03/2024. A frosty and gloomy start for the team.

Due to weather conditions the Gardens and Museum will be closed today. This means there will be no falconry displays. The Castle, Tearoom and Giftshop will be open as normal. Please continue to check our Facebook for any further updates.

Such a beautiful day for the falconry. ♡ Falconry displays are on daily from 11.30am and 2.30pm.

Planning a visit? Some general information to make it an easier and more enjoyable experience.

What’s included in your Ticket? Ticket gives you access to 18 rooms in the Castle, Formal Gardens, Falconry Displays and Museum. As well as Tearoom and Gift Shop.

What time are your Falconry Displays? 11.30am and 2.30pm everyday from the 1st of April until the end of September.

Can we buy tickets online? It is not possible to purchase tickets online.
