Well that's the final job of the year done and dusted,I would like to thank all new and returning customers that have used my services throughout the year and hope you all have an amazing Christmas and New year.As we head into another year in a couple of weeks it's hard to believe that come January it will be 10 YEARS since I took the leap into self employment,it's certainly been a rollercoaster of the highest highs and frustrating lows but learning every single day.

Moving forward as a business into 2025 there will be some changes happening in terms of booking customers in the diary.As of late there has been alot of late cancellations when customers have been booked in for a number of weeks which results in loss of earnings for myself and can be difficult to fill the space left especially if it's a sizeable project,so from now on there will be a requirement for a 20% deposit to be paid for any job over a certain amount which will be NON REFUNDABLE but deducted from your final bill and will secure your dates in the diary.
