Always check when it comes to artex you never know what's underneath,after a little check upon pricing the job these 2 ceilings where artexed on top of wallpaper 🤷and that's a simple no no for plastering over so best solution remove existing coving, replasterboard,skim and install new coving ready to be decorated, another happy customer on to the next one 💪
