SW Restorations is a husband and wife team that has been renovating properties for over 15 years. Having started by buying, renovating and selling houses for ourselves, all our work now is for clients which are either for re-sale or added to their existing rental portfolios, for which we provide an on-going maintenance service. eam including a quality plasterer, registered electrician and Gas Safe central heating engineer. Most of our work is based around the Colchester and Chelmsford areas but you will see from our photos that we can travel further afield. We also have experience of renovating stone barns, having completed 2 full renovations in Normandy, France and are currently on our 3rd project there which is for ourselves.
