Thanks to Si Toft for his kind words in an article for The Observer this weekend.
Our beans are certainly delicious, and as with all our dishes & components, are made fresh here in Dinas Dinlle.
Endless thanks to the amazing staff that create such wonderful food here daily, it certainly can be challenging nurturing a menu that is so labour intensive, but nods such as these, and having a heaving Caffi filled with our community certainly make it all worth it.
Also so great to share the article with other buisnessess locally. Da iawn 🤍

A really exciting weekend for us in Dinas Dinlle as we were placed No 4 on the list of
‘49 Best Places to Eat’ by the this weekend.
For us as a young company this is such an honour and a testament to all the hard work that goes into making Braf, Braf. Our talented staff who work so hard to bring the best to you all and co-working with so many talented local suppliers is a pleasure. Of course none would be possible without the support of our lovely, loyal customers and community who support us endlessly🤍

Without forgetting to thank the founder of & .restaurant who named us on the list and was so high in his praise for the work we do here in Dinas Dinlle. Cwrw steil Indian Pale Ale Americanaidd. Cwrw sydd wedi cal ei eplesu ar dymheredd fwy isel na sydd yn arferol i IPA ac yn defnyddio burum lager. Y canlyniad ydi cwrw ffresh, sych efo IBU uchel sydd yn nodweddiadol o steil ‘west coast’.

What is a cold IPA?
It’s an American style Indian Pale Ale. The beer is fermented at lower temperatures than what is normal for an IPA and uses a lager yeast. The result is a crisp, dry beer with a high IBU that is typical of West Coast style beers.

CASTELL CAERNARFON CASTEL
In light of the weekends Royal ties, we thought it might be nice to share with you our local impressive castle.
Built by Edward I 700 years ago and our new King Charles enjoying his investiture within these very walls only 56 years prior to his coronation.
The walls encircle the town and its waterside position dominates both land and sea.
Well worth an afternoon wander with so much to do locally, you could easily fill a day!
