Designed to be rung by the waves at high tide, Happisburgh’s bell is one of 13 ‘Time and Tide’ bells situated around Britain where at any given time one of the bells will be tolling.

🌲Bacton Woods🌲
This is one of mine and Baileys favourite walks, just a 10 minute drive from Swan, and today I let her off lead for the first time here.
She absolutely loved it and her recall was 💯 🩷

Such an amazing sight ❤️
We have lots of lovely availability for when they come back to have their pups from early November through to January 🦭

2766 seals today lying in groups during their annual moult. They do this to conserve heat and scratch off there oily winter coat, this takes a few weeks until they are ready to leave and catch food, to build themselves up ready for the breeding season.
If you see groups of seals on the beach or even one lone seal please keep your distance. Respect the wildlife round our coasts.

So many dog friendly beaches in Norfolk to enjoy, along with pubs and cafes as well. Norfolk is very dog friendly.

This was Bailey loving the beach last weekend. Sadly she’s been proper poorly this week so no beach fun today 😢
The little madam won’t eat the boiled chicken she should be having, but has just wolfed down some of our roast chicken! Can’t say I blame her 🤣

Looking for ‘reactive friendly’? 💫

We are a family run cottage and pride ourselves on specialising in this. We look to allow all dogs (and their humans!) the ability to have a relaxing getaway.

Reasons we are reactive friendly…
🐶 We have no near neighbours on either side
🐶 Secure private garden - 6ft walls & 5 1/2ft solid fencing- high enough that a reactive dog can’t see anything
🐶Our garden isn’t overlooked and doesn’t look into another property
🐶 We have even added a side gate so when shut dogs cannot get down the side of the cottage towards the gate that goes onto the road. This means they will never even be close to people, or dogs, walking along the road (rare anyway), or in the farmers field (private land - also rare!)

We know it’s difficult and important to get this right so please do message us if you have any questions, no matter how small!
