In the 1900 Olympics, Paris made history by welcoming women to compete at the Olympic Games for the very first time. Now, 124 years later, the City of Light is poised to set another historic milestone.
One of the main goals of this year's Olympic Games was to ensure equal representation of male and female athletes by adding more women sports events that were open to men only.

Paris is eagerly awaiting the start of the 30th Summer Olympics.
10.500 athletes are expected to take part in 32 sports with 329 medals to be won.
The qualified French Tourist Guides by will be on hand to make sure all visitors can make the most of their time both in Paris and the other French cities hosting events as your local experts.

Four fabulous cruise ship tours so far this season, all for Viking cruise ships and all to the wonderful Gwydir Castle. This gem of history and restoration always delights the guests and no matter how often I go, I always want to return.
