Circular Walk from Scar House Reservoir route via Lofthouse and Middlesmoor

Bus from Pateley Bridge at 9.45am

Seats available on the bus - either to join on the walk or spend a day up the Dale . Return time 5/6 pm

684H Askwith Primary hoping to run as normal this morning. Have discussed with Mrs Naylor this morning and agreed that there is a risk we might not be able to get back for the afternoon run

Our list of WALKS for 2023

Sunday February 12th - A local 8 mile walk followed by a traditional Carvery Lunch

Saturday March 11th - A Circular 8 miles in the Ilkley area

Saturday May 13th - the first in a series of three linear walks .This starts at the Valley Gardens in Harrogate and finishes at The Sun Inn near Norwood.
7 miles

Saturday May 27th - the second walk in the series starts at The Sun Inn and finishes at Red Gate West End near Thruscross .8 miles

Saturday June 17th - the final
Walk in the series starts at Red Gate and finishes at Barden Tower in Wharfedale . 8.5 miles

Saturday 1st July - A circular 8 mile walk in the Colne area. Followed by a fish and chip supper at Bannys in Colne

Saturday 16th September - A morning mystery tour arriving in Saltburn by early afternoon. Time for a 4/5 mile scenic walk followed by Fish and Chip supper on the sea front

You don’t need to be a super athlete to do any of these walks . Our pace is always very leisurely , lots of chatter and grazing as we go.
