End of Month today for me and it is so nice to have a very busy month ahead of us in June.

It really does feel like business is getting back on track 👍

Thank you to all our lovely clients who have hung on in there and have come back to us to their products and services.

It is lovely to also have some new clients on board for June aswell.

A great way to end the week and to start the Bank Holiday Weekend with a fully booked telemarketing schedule in June, that has not happened for a very long time ☺️

I have just put the phone down after having a lovely chat with one of our clients, who was so grateful they she had outsourced her campaign to us. Interestingly I asked why, her answer was:

Like many business owners I went from a thriving business to absolutely nothing overnight, due to Covid 19, which I will admit was scary.

So, I had a chat with myself, I put myself on many webinars and training courses. I put many changes in place making sure that we could all work virtually once the business came back in, I knew it would come back eventually but it was a nail biting time not knowing when.

I am pleased to say that we are back to where we were prior to the virus arriving, I am truly grateful to all our wonderful clients who have started using us again.

What have I learnt – oh my have I learnt a lot!

How fragile life can be.

How the little things in life mean so much

How I can survive when the going gets tough.

Family, friends, and my team became even more important than ever before. Thank goodness for zoom, ok we did get ‘zoomed out’ in the end but it was so much better to see my parents, friends and team rather than just call them, we could all lift each other and that is exactly what we did.

Thank you to all our clients new and old, I hope like me you have come out of this not too scarred and learnt a few lessons, because I know I have.

Now is the time to be proactive and growth minded and build your pipeline so when we are out of lockdown you are ahead of your competitors. One thing I would like to point out is we are speaking to far more decision makers through this pandemic, because phone lines are being diverted to MD's and Directors whilst staff are furloughed. We are achieving some great results, it's not all bad.

Yesterday we opened our doors again and it was so lovely to catch up and to talk to our clients directly to find out how they are and how they are coping during these unprecedented times.

So how is everyone doing? I have noticed during this how people have changed, they have more time, are genuinely interested in how I am and how the family is. There is a which I think we really had lost along the way, which is really positive.

The business is temporarily closed right now, but I won’t lie I am loving these sunny days. I am catching up on all those admin jobs that were put to one side in the 'will do that tomorrow file' well now I am actually doing them because I have time to work on my business, so once we are up and running again everything will be in place.

This morning I have been looking at my overheads as we have gone from fully booked to nothing. 😬 Very scary, however the responses I have received have been amazing. I just wanted to say thank you 🙏 to all of you who have put costs on hold for 3 months you know who you are. It is very sad and I do feel so sad today, but currently we are healthy and the sun is shining ☀️ we will survive 💪 stay safe everyone ❤️
