Chihuahua is Mexico's largest state and as yet is largely unknown to tourists.

However, it is an incredible destination and is well worth considering if you want to go somewhere most, if not all, of your friends will never have been before.

You can explore via the Chepe Train or even take a ferry across the Sea of Cortez to Baja California Sur. It is a fabulous destination and is great for Instagrammable images.

Here is some news that just came across my desk this morning, that I wanted to make everyone aware of.

Due to new restrictions imposed by the US authorities, it will no longer be possible to transport dogs to the USA on passenger flights starting 1 August 2024 until further notice. These restrictions apply to all dogs that are transported as carry-on baggage in the cabin or in the cargo hold.

It is still being determined if any existing bookings with a confirmed transport of a dog to the US after 01 August will need to be cancelled at short notice.

Today I celebrate 18 years of running my own Travel Business through Travel Counsellors. So much has happened within that time, from Ash Clouds, Strikes and Supplier Failures, right through to a Global Pandemic. From 27th October 2024, Lufthansa Group will move its operation from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport.
