Apologies for the short notice again but we will be delivering this evening once again. Setting off around 4pm and hopefully all finished by 6.30pm .
We have made changes to the business as from next week so deliveries will return to the mornings from Monday 16th .

Due to staff illness , we will need to deliver milk in Hirst Courtney, West Bank and Carlton this evening. This will be the normal monday morning delivery.
I will start the delivery at 4pm and it should take around 2hrs so hopefully all finished for 6pm
Sorry for any inconvenience and I will give a further update if we need to makes more amendments to this week's delivery schedule.

We have had a few customers getting in touch with us regarding a methane suppressing supplement which can be added to cows feed involved in milk production. Having spoken with our supplier and a dairy farmer , the supplement is being used as a trial on a few farms throughout the UK. My supplier do not collect any milk products from these farms .

Last evening delivery of the week for Hirst, West Bank and Carlton. Starting around 4.45pm should be all finished for 6.45pm . Many thanks for allowing us to deliver in the evenings, it is muchly appreciated. Back to normal from Monday 23rd and hopefully for the foreseeable future.

Setting off around 5pm this evening with the milk deliveries in Hirst, West Bank and Carlton.
Should be all completed bu 6.45pm . Anna and myself on duty again . We have no 2 litre semis until the morning so these will be delivered Wednesday am as usual.

Hirst and West Bank still have a Friday evening delivery before they return to normal on Monday.

Update regarding The Yorkshire Post. We should receive them around 9.15am this morning . So delivery will take me around 2 hours so all papers should be delivered by 11.30am

We have not received this mornings copy of the Yorkshire Post as yet. We are hopeful that Menzies will be double running and redelivering them to us .
We should hsve an update at around 8am .

Unfortunately the Yorkshire Post has not been delivered to us again this morning. This is due to the lorry being stuck in snow . This is the third time in the last two weeks they have been unable to fulfil their obligation to deliver which is frustrating. For people who are unaware the Yorkshire Post is now printed in Scotland hence the reasons for problems with delivery. They don't seem to have any contingency plans for bad weather or vehicle breakdowns .
I can only apologise for been unable to deliver the Yorkshire Post once again.
