Another one recently completed. A second storey garage conversion. Walls & celings & floor, insulated boarded & plastered. Installation of new Velux window. To finish the project off we installed a new external staircase. Another happy customer.

Earlier on this year we completed this 2 storey extension in Hereford.

Part of the first storey was to remain so we added onto the side of that to create new living area downstairs. Then we built the second storey on top to create a larger 3rd bedroom and a large en-suite off the main bedroom. All completed just in time before the arrival of the customers new baby!

Looking back through photos of a recent renovation which was completed. What a transformation. A Single storey extension built to the rear, whole house re-slated, & the whole of the inside completely gutted back to brick and re-designed. Was a lovely job to do and one that is unrecognisable to the building we started with. There will be more pictures coming from this one over the coming weeks.

We also got to work with the excellent Off-Grid Heating Ltd. Monmouth who did an amazing job on the plumbing & heating.

Also we were able to have George Powell doing a great job with the electrics too.

Early last year, we undertook an extension on a beautiful property in the Black Mountains. An interesting one to do, all built in local stone, Welsh slate roof & complete with roof cutout to ensure window on the house became a feature rather than being blocked off.
New entrance hall created and downstairs bathroom and knock through into house.
