⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩Visiting Pershore are passionate about supporting local businesses in the town. We are launching the “Purple Star” awards with the aim of advertising Pershore as a vibrant, friendly place to visit through this page. The goal is to promote and highlight local traders and businesses in the area which we will label as our “Purple Star”.⭐️⭐️⭐️

🤩🤩🤩We will include a friendly introduction to the business and photographs and a link to the businesses’ website.⭐️⭐️⭐️
In the interest of fairness, a draw will be picked at random by the previous drawn business, the first business to be featured will be drawn out of the hat by our current Mayor Cllr Richard Grantham.
Each business picked out of the hat will be given a “Purple Star” window sticker to display in their window.💖

There’s just a few days left for your child to finish this year’s Summer Reading Challenge!

This year's theme, Marvellous Makers, has sparked creativity through a range of fun activities at our libraries - junk modelling, painting, dance, music, and more!

Visit your local library by 14 September 2024 to log the 6 books your child has read. Your child will then receive a certificate and be invited to an awards ceremony to receive a special medal to mark their accomplishment.
