"FANTASTIC COMPANY - GREAT FOR RICS VALUATION REQUIREMENTS I recently used Coombs & Co to obtain a RICS valuation to sell my help to buy house. The service was brilliant, Matthew contacted me to arrange a date for the valuation and turned up promptly, and fully prepared.

The whole valuation was explained, the steps that would follow and the necessary further steps if more than 3 months would pass prior to completion of my sale. I cannot recommend Matthew and his business more highly and would thoroughly recommend him.

One point to note, as Matthew and his business are so good at what they do, you can expect at least a couple of week wait for the valuation to be booked in, but once the visit is done, the valuation report will be provided very swiftly. " - 5 stars

"HOME BUYERS SURVEY Very efficient service. I would highly recommend Matthew and his team for their politeness and speed at which my request was dealt with. The report was drawn up in an easily understandable manner which made it easier for a lay person to read and understand.
