The Award-Winning Garden Cottage – The first year, thank you
Around the middle of April last year, we advertised The Garden Cottage on Airbnb. Within a handful of days our first guest arrived (from Australia!). Since then, the year has flown by with guests coming from the UK and around the globe. Most of our guests have given us sterling reviews and Airbnb say, ‘Guest favourite…one of the most loved homes on Airbnb based on ratings, reviews and reliability’.
Airbnb also gave us Superhost status based on their feedback and that our ‘hard work and amazing hosting skills keep shining through’.
The Garden Cottage was also the winner of the Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards 2023 - Small Residential Scheme.
Our Airbnb reviews have been truly amazing and full of superlatives, there are too many to mention but the one that follows stays in our minds…’Sian and Alan, were absolutely amazing hosts, no request was too much…The place itself is nestled at the back of their garden in total privacy, with a sunny fully enclosed small garden space all to yourself. Entry is in the back lane and great if you are driving. I would absolutely recommend the Garden Cottage for a romantic weekend away or a work trip, where you will have access to the fast Wi-Fi and all the amenities for a relaxing stay that is better than a hotel. 10 stars to you both, thank you for having me’.
