A challenging refurbishment this one. But really happy with the finished look.
All work carried out in house, stripped back to a bare walls, new window and lintels, new floor, soil pipe replaced right out to the main drain, new plumbing straight back to cylinder. Partial floor built in loft to cope with the 250l water tank. Rendered, plastered, decorated, travertine wall tiles installed, new fixtures and fixings.

Some renovation works we've been doing lately. New timber porch all re-manufactured by ourselves. New glass installed using traditional Putty as per clients specifications. New window furniture, guttering and high quality draft seals installed discreetly. All finished with Dulux Trade 3 part Weathershield satin paint system. To finish off, house washed down with anti fungal cleaner and Dulux Trade Weathershield exterior emulsion. Should keep it looking smart for a while.
