Our Heartcount Profit Share Scheme sees us take 10% of net profits, and share it fairly among all team members with 12+ months service.
This year, it’s a record breaking £273,560 we’re sharing, and 471 team members have qualified. A key thing is that the amount each person gets is based on hours worked, NOT job title or salary. So whether someone’s a Housekeeper, General Manager, Kitchen Porter or Director – same hours means same profit share!
We really want to make life better through hospitality, and are delighted we can do this once again for our team.

On Wednesday January 24th, our venues will close early for a very exciting reason!
We’re throwing a Team Party to celebrate and thank our amazing team. Not only do they create amazing moments for our guests, but they also support local communities and charities – helping make life better through hospitality.
Our incredible team (with their extended Manorview colleagues) went above and beyond in the past few years and managed to raise an astonishing £95k, which was used to send a plane full of families with sick children to Lapland. They also fundraised to help us open a community hub and organised and hosted Christmas parties for over 1,700 underprivileged children.
The party also marks our Heartcount celebrations, whereby we share 10% of the company’s net profits with everyone who’s worked here for 12+ months. Double the reason to celebrate!

On December 4th, 70 families with terminally ill children went on a magical trip to Lapland - visiting Santa and experiencing festive joy. The trip was funded by our amazing team, who walked, ran, sky-dived, hiked and more, to raise a huge £95,000!
