It was a very good morning from Most na Soci..

Glorious sunshine, and very cold, with a lovely smell of the mountains, contrasted by the fired wood smoking chimney pots.

We’ve been doing some work exposing the old 1850’s stone walls at Hisa Gradnikova. It looks beautiful, and you can appreciate the hard work building this house so many years ago.

In addition to the lovely decked area, 4 of us (sister, brother in law, and both of us), will hand make cobble stones, thousands of them, and lay them all over the existing concrete area, creating a very authentic and unique space on this huge patio area. We have had some beautiful weather this weekend in Tolmin. One photo was in the forest near the river in Tolmin - 10 mins walk our house - Hisa Grandnikova https://www.tolmin-holiday-rentals.com/hisa-gradnikova.html and lovely bottle of rose from Hofer @ 7 euros.

Just back from 3 days of cleaning after the restoration of some of the walls in our house in Volce.

We are now open and ready for holiday bookings, with lots of availability this summer 2021.
