From our original business plan to our every day practice we’ve designed our business, processes and menu to reduce food waste. NO “green wash” marketing here - just practical, tireless and passionate effort to reduce food waste (and packaging too, you’ll find no clingfilm in our kitchen) from design to production!

Using the fertiliser from our vegetable composting we feed the crops in the polytunnel on our Croft. See the first rocket and radish seedlings planted in recycled packaging pushing out.

Food Waste Action Week - permanent year-round commitment. It's tough, it's hard work and requires investment, but it's what we all have to do to tackle climate change
