Last season we made preparations for a new macro vineyard right next to the residency so guests can really sleep amongst the vines without sacrificing creature comforts. Well we are delighted to see the vines are thriving in their new home.

We have planted Solaris and Cabernet noir and are giddy with excitement about expanding our vineyard story 🍇

We are finally feeling the summer and the estate is an abundance of growth and nurture including many new offspring 🐣

Last week the estate was a hive of activity after such a long winter and miserable spring, with tie down and bud rub taking place in the vineyard we are well on our way 🍇

As the sun rises this Spring Equinox, we see Mother Nature transform the estate into an array of colours, which are not only beautiful but captivating.

This is the time we say good bye to winter and hello to warmer, brighter days as the local wildlife awaken to explore their habitat once again.

Protecting the wildlife and biodiversity of the estate has always been our core value. By nurturing and learning about our local environment, we strive to deliver a better way of living, whilst protecting the elements that surround us.

As winter bunkers down and the estate wildlife hibernates we are in awe of the ever changing colours from the River Medina. Here is a drone shot of our saltmarsh that is home to many species of birds in the warmer months, we protect it so it can protect them 🦆🦢🏝️❄️🍁

With the weather finally calming down we have been busy cleaning down from this year’s harvest and tasting as we go, so grateful to our friends for getting us to this point. The chilly temperatures are helping keep the bottles cool and with a view like that how could they not be happy 🍾🏝️

Well it has been quite the week on the estate and we are on cloud 9.

On 28th September we did our first in house harvest. 18 wonderful friends of the estate came together and helped us harvest the vineyard in record time. Together we managed to pick and press just under 1/2 ton of organic juice in one day and 2 years ahead of where we thought we would be, we are over the moon.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came down and helped us in this journey, you were incredible. A HUMONGOUS thank you to our friends for guiding us through it all, your generosity with your knowledge and time has got us to this space. We cannot wait to share the first taste of the 2023 vintage with you all 🍇❤️

Starting 2024 we are open for weddings, celebrations and events throughout April - October.

Come and celebrate with your nearest and dearest encapsulated by private woodlands, lakes and wildlife in one of the island’s prettiest spots, a wedding festival that will have your guests talking about it for years to come. Our award winning team are on hand to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing, there is no limit your imagination on the estate.

It’s been quite the summer and time has absolutely flown by. We have loved having many repeat guests in residence and by far one of the favourite spaces is the Kitchen Garden where friends and family can congregate in the day. Only a few yards from the main house and with quadrupole aspect views and an open plan layout no one will miss out on the party 🍾🎉
