Hello and welcome to Cozyhost Short Stays!

We're part of PMK Property Partners and have been set up as the Serviced Accommodation (SA) Management division of the business.

What does that mean?? Well in short, we ensure the smooth operation of the serviced accommodation (Airbnb) properties we manage not just for ourselves, but now more importantly for other landlord clients. Further to this, we manage the guest journey from start to finish ensuring a great experience throughout!

We can help with everything from renovation and decoration of your property bringing it to the highest standard required for guests. Full furnishing and set up, meaning that without you having to lift a finger, you can rest easy in the knowledge that your guests can walk in and make themselves at home in a relaxing environment fully equipped to cater for their needs!

We also take care of listing properties on all the main sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, as well as our own direct booking website. Further to this, we proactively seek out longer term direct bookings through our ever expanding network of corporate travellers, film crew, and specialist booking agents, to maximise occupancy and nightly rates for our clients.

Everything about the guest stay from booking and communications to check in, check out, housekeeping and maintenance is covered when we manage your property.
