HOLIDAY COTTAGE TO LET at Snettisham Beach near Kings Lynn, on the
NORTH NORFOLK COAST
Created around a Victorian railway carriage and recently enlarged and renovated to a high standard, the Patch is an informal, spacious, non-smoking holiday home on the edge of The Wash. It overlooks an artificial lake, and is a few minutes walk from a quiet beach. Well away from traffic and street lights, it’
s set in its own large private garden with off road parking for two or three cars. There’s a barbecue, garden furniture, and even several bikes. The Patch has four bedrooms - two downstairs in the carriage, as is the shower room/loo. It sleeps 7-8, with room for a travel cot or two – but is still cosy enough for just a couple or a small family. A great place for children, with plenty of space to run around and play. Available all year round, it has a big woodburner, and electric heaters in all other rooms. Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request for a small extra fee. There are many attractions and places of interest in the near vicinity, including the renowned RSPB Snettisham bird reserve, the Royal Family’s own holiday home at Sandringham, the Norfolk Lavender farm, atmospheric Castle Rising, historic Kings Lynn, and the cheerful Victorian holiday town of Hunstanton.
