I can not beleive it, but Valentines day is still free at Fox Hall Farm.

We will provide the Champagne, Chocolates, Flowers, make the house as beautiful as always, so you can just got for romatic walks in the woods, dine in the amazing local pubs, and most of all, enjoy the hot tub, that will be at a very pleasant 40 degrees.

It is not overlooked at all, but overlooks the entire valley for as far as the eye can see.

The house is free from this Tuesday (11th) afternoon to Saturday morning (15th).

As usual, our major expense is the cleaning and change over. Cleaning the hot tub, making 6 beds, cleaning 36 towels, 4 ovens, 2 fridges, etc, so the longer you stay, the better overall value it becomes.

Hello All, I hope that 2025 is a great year for all of you. Just to let you know that we have got late availability at Foxhall Farm for bookings in January and February. Please always check out Airbnb for availability, and then send us a direct message to get the very best prices. We can do one night stays in January and February, although it is more cost-effective to book 2 or more nights. Your second night will usually be half the price of the first, and your third half the price of your second. If you are lucky enough to get snow during your stay, we have sledges and snowboards you can borrow to go down our amazing Hills. We hope to see you very shortly..

See us on BBC ONE at 9.30am today as they chat about the terrible holiday scam where a rogue company has been sending people to our address offering glamping pod holiday called Stardomes that simply don’t exist.

Last minute availability from Sunday 24th November to Friday 29th November. 5 nights for £1250. If you have been thinking of coming to stay, it won’t get any better value than this!! Sleeps 12 people. Pool closed now (frozen over), but hot tub a lovely 40 degrees!! Can pick you up and drop you off at Thirsk Train station if you are travelling from afar. Very lovely peaceful holiday home in the heart of North Yorkshire.

Well, never a dull moment at Foxhall Farm this week after holiday scam site “sky domes” used our address for thier false holidays, we set off on a campaign to let everyone know about this scam. Radio York, Look North, then BBC Radio 2, then BBC 1 News, yorkshire post, daily mail and now they potentially want us on Good Morning Britain in London Friday Morning! Tasha been down to London for the first time ever to protest at the stupid governments new rules on giving all our farms to foreign investors, after previously not ever wanting to go. Told Tasha (18yo farming mad daughter) I was going to drive down on my lawn tractor to join her so called “proper farmers” in protest. We have got sledges and snow boards out, yet all snow had avoided us. New sign up and in situ. Next door farmer trying to do anything to get the attention of the people with tv cameras to reminisce about when this was all fields (still is mind). Loads of new bookings after dd being to go onto booking. com with a higher nightly price but no min stay. Got 10 days to start and finish a years accounts. HAD TO PUT HEATING ON in our house, log burner just couldn’t keep the dog water from freezing. Elsa showing how tough she is by sleeping on the concrete outside whilst eating ice. Still got a couple of weeks to fill up mid December. Thinking of offering wreath making to guests for those weeks, something to take away using our local seeded ivy, holly, etc. Got two houses to dress for Christmas very soon. Cows shortly departing back inside and then major hedge planting begins again. Hopefully 6.5km of hedge planting before and of Jan, my back is feeling sore thinking about it. Early night required…

Wooooow. How far away did people hear that Somic Boom?? Thanks to the Swiss Airforce, I now have two very heavy dogs sat on my knee. Incredible technology, amazing to see. Be interesting to know of the odd person that follows Foxhall Farm, how far away you could actually hear it?!?

Hello All.

Firstly thank you to all the people who have visited Foxhall Farm in our first year, and for taking the time to leave us such Fabulous reviews, our rating of 4.92 out of 5 has made us a Superhost on Airbnb which is reassuring to those booking and a reflection of the work we put in to making everyone’s stay so special, cutting lawns, emptying hot tub, cleaning pool, spring cleaning the entire house, all the laundry (done ourselves).

As we have 6 king size beds, we tend to attract large families, and as kids are now at school, combined with people saving up for Christmas, November is very quiet and the house is empty from the 3rd to the 28th November. We appreciate that it is going to be a quiet time, but if ANYONE would like to come and stay during November, we are happy to put the house down to less than cost price, just to help us covers the bills and try to get a few Christmas presents!!

At the same time, I am happy to go above and beyond myself to make your break even better. If you would like to come up by train, I can pick you up from the station with your bags and areane for home deliveries, give you lifts etc. For walking/cycling parties I am happy to drop you off places. I can arrange golf course bookings for golfers, and clay pigeon shooting for shooters. We can throw in free off charge tennis at our local tennis club.

You will pay £292 per night for stays in November for direct bookings. Which if you think, we can accommodate up to 12 people, that works out about £24 per person per night for a huge luxury farm house!!

For those who have not stumbled across Foxhall Farm before, you get for your money, a modern 6 bed farm house, with very large spacious reception rooms, a kitchen diner that is perfect for celebrating, all set in 50 acres of land, so quiet and peaceful that you can sit out in total darkness and in total quiet and see every single star.

This is a fabulous place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Perfect for Yoga, as an artists retreat (the views from the top of the hill looking down the valley are incredible).

The is so much to do for the whole family, and the local restaurants are out of this world. We are pet friendly, dogs love the underfloor heating, downstairs doggy shower, and being able to run until they can’t run anymore, totally safe.

Foxhall Farm is a great place for a party. With a huge kitchen dining room with lots of ovens and fridges, a large outdoor seating area and large living rooms with disco lights and karaoke machine. Why not book this winter for your special occasion? Prices this winter have been slashed to maje sure we get as many bookings as possible, you will be pleasantly surprised!! We have also reduced our minimum stay to three nights for the winter too for direct bookings.

Exciting week at Foxhall Farm. I have found another treasure!!!! Also Elsa and Anna have found a water spring that we can use to save on water trough bills, and Darcey has got a pony to ride in exchange for mucking out etc so is happier than a Foxdog in Mud!

If anyone knows what the treasure is, please let me know!!! I’m thinking it is a Bronze Age weapon, but that is a total guess!!

We are empty here all November and December so if you want to come and stay and join in the fun, drop us a line!!

** URGENT - PLEASE SHARE ** STAR DOMES UK **

There is a website that is totally and utterly fraudulent selling holidays in dome tents called Stardomes. The post code is the same as Foxhall Farm, we have had 2 families come up to see us excited for thier stay, just to find out they have been conned. Stardomes does not exist, it is likely an overseas crime gang.

It breaks my heart to see families conned out of thier money, and if the Farm house was vacant, I would have let the poor souls stay here, but on both occasions we had guests.

The police have been informed on many occasions about this site, but they keep closing the website and re-opening a slightly re-worded one.

Obviously this is nothing to do with Fox Hall Farm, nor is it Hillside Caravan Park just down the road from us.

Can you please share this all over the country to make sure nobody else gets scammed.
