20 garments ~ £15 (number of garments under 20 = £1.00 each)
30 garments ~ £20 (number of garments over 20 but under 30 = £0.90 each)
40 garments ~ £25 (number of garment over 30 but under 40 = £0.80)
Over 40 garments = £0.70 each
