Due to this (and the previous) government’s negative policy stance on holiday lets, we will cease our existing business as from 31st March 2025. However, the good news is that we will be launching a new business on 6th April 2025: Owl Cottage Accessible Serviced Accommodation. We will offer flexibility on the letting period and purpose, rather than restricting lettings to a maximum of 28 nights and for holiday purposes only. As well as holiday lettings, we will provide serviced accommodation to homeowners for any purpose, for example while building works are carried out on their property, or they are seeking to resolve a chain by completing on their sale before their purchase. We will also consider corporate lets to accommodate professionals temporarily relocating. Our accommodation is suitable for people who use wheelchairs and their families / carers.
