Kitchen - with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Sitting area - with comfy sofa and a smart tv.
Use of areas of the garden
Free parking
Located in the quiet village of Timberland which has a fantastic pub called the Penny Farthing that serves delicious food.
Ideal for visiting Woodhall Spa, Tattershall, Sleaford and Lincoln.
