Senior Chef De Partie – The benefits:

·Freelance salary or standard payroll available. Salary from £26-30k dependant on experiance plus PAID OVERTIME

·4 days on 3 off

Senior Chef De Partie – What’s required:

6 years min experience needed. AA Rosette level or similar preferred but passionate chefs with a vision and desire to excel are very welcome to apply

·Be passionate about food and hospitality

·Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week

Chef De Partie – The role:

·Aiding the Sous and head chef in managing the sections and work load

·Following instructions from your head chef

·You will have the opportunity to be part of the team of a restaurant that is aiming for new recognition and accolades . We encourage freedom in creating your own dishes for our specials and ultra seasonal menu

Please note that this position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- We’re 5 mins from the beach and marina with water sports centre, further watersports at the Albert dock 10 mins drive with open water swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking and large inflatable course for the kids. Can’t tell you how how lovely it is with a different breathtaking view of the historic docklands and building. Loads to do for the kids 😊
