Being a camp counselor at summer camp is one of the greatest summer jobs out there. Don’t believe us yet? Here’s our top 10 reasons of why you absolutely should...

Camp is all about creating a fun, epic and energetic environment.

Sure you'll work hard, real hard, but when you are doing something you love… is it really work?Your days are spent laughing and smiling, with each one filled with enough adventure to last a lifetime, plus getting dollar... sign us up!

Without campers, camps wouldn't exist - you’ll have the time of your life, but at the end of the day it’s all about the kids.

Luckily they are without doubt the best thing about camp! They will make you feel like the most important person in the world, because to them - you are. That’s pretty darn special.

Not only do you get to experience the insanely wonderful world of summer camp, you also get 30 days to travel after.

Go see the Grand Canyon, blow all your wages in Vegas, sample the seafood in Boston or the even music in New Orleans! There are so many options and only 30 days to cram it all in.

The skills learned at camp are perfect for adding to your CV or resume.

You will improve your leadership, organisation and presentation skills as well as gain experience working with people of all personalities and backgrounds.

Job interview? Smashed it.

You’re heading to the land of independence. They even have a special day for it!

You will be heading out to the US to fly solo.
