When your cleaners disappoint you and come with excuses why they cannot be there at a suitable time to clean your apartment for an incoming guest.

You've got to do the needful and immediately too.

Hands-on is good and there is genuine joy and lessons to be learnt when you do such impressive job like cleaning by yourself.

At Mission Wave Apartments Ltd, it's become normal that we often get wonderful surprises from guests who stay with us;.... from Tips to handy material items. Usually, these guests do not hesitate to express their appreciation in words about how good we have hosted them as you can see from the attached whatsapp exchange below....

Just today, this family who stayed with us over this weekend chose to gift us with a bottle of wine, Hand hoover, Air purifier and a first aid kit in appreciation of how good we treated them during their stay.

We met our set target to go Live last Monday 12/04/2021 with our latest Portsmouth luxury Serviced Accommodation and immediately had booking for 13nights stay from 13th-26th.

As we celebrate this win, I'll like to thank the Samuel Leeds team for there training, the academy members and all my friends for your supports and above all give all glory to my Lord Jesus Christ for His Grace.

All road now leads to Birmingham where we have just picked keys last Monday and my wife has already started her awesome decoration work like she did for all our SAs .

Meeting target dates is fundamentally important in business and projects....
Yesterday, we gladly received the keys to our latest 3bed SA unit in Portsmouth and now racing 🏃⏳ to launch it on or before the 12th of April....
This entails but not limited having to source and ship ✈️✈️✈️the right items at the right speed from anywhere to the right place to meet up....
In essence, you shop, you load, you ship, you offload and have fun with team setting up...
