• Planning – Sourcing venues and suppliers and liaising with them at each stage of the planning process

• Management – Managing the process of the event and all the administration from beginning to end, including managing the event timetable/schedule of the day and all the suppliers involved in the day

• Coordination – Being at the event on the day from set up to take down, being that point of contact on the day with all suppliers and ensuring that any eventualities are covered and taken care of, without the client needing to be involved
