We have wonderful luxury holiday villas, as well as family holiday homes, all with swimming pools or right on the beach. Many of our holiday villas in the South of France are situated in the Cote d'Azur; Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, St Raphael, Eze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Theoule-sur-Mer. Or visit the

'alternative' South of France, stretching along the Mediterranean coast from the Camargue to the Spanish border. The region boasts over 200km of sandy beaches, most sloping gently into the water and so ideal for families. The coastline is studded with modern, marina resorts and old picturesque ports such as Sète, with its maze of canals or Collioure, the pretty harbour where Matisse and Picasso painted. Although there is a wealth of tourist facilities, the region remains less crowded than the Côte d'Azur. It's now easier than ever to get to our properties in the Languedoc, especially in the Beziers, Carcassonne, Montpellier or Perpignan regions. Vous pouvez aussi visiter “l’autre” sud de la France le long de la côte méditerranéenne depuis la Camargue jusqu’à la frontière espagnole. Cette région vous offre 200 km de plages de sable se jetant dans la mer, idéales pour les familles. Les complexes hôteliers modernes et les vieux ports pittoresques comme celui de Sète avec son labyrinthe de canaux, ou celui de Collioure, le joli petit port où Matisse et Picasso ont peint, jalonnent le littoral méditerranéen. Même s’il y a beaucoup d’infrastructures touristiques, la région reste quand même plus accessible que la Côte d‘Azur. De nos jours, il est plus facile que jamais de louer nos propriétés dans le Languedoc, surtout dans les régions de Béziers, Carcassonne, Montpellier et Perpignan.

We had the pleasure of visiting these 2 properties owned by one of South France Villas first ever owners, we have been renting their properties for nearly 24 years now! They offer excellent value for money, great for either a couple or a small family, both have a pool and Air-Con. Not far from Beziers, Capestang with its canal side restaurants and St Chinian which has a fabulous Sunday market and lots of winetasting!

Near Clermont l’Herault in the Languedoc, South of France. This large family property has a 17 metre private swimming pool, air-conditioning and can sleep up to 12 comfortably. Outside of July and August the 2 bedroomed pool house can be rented on its own and the pool will still be just for you! There are lots of activities in the area, swimming, canoeing, shopping (great local market) and of course dining. Pezenas is a charming market town in the South of France with a beautiful medieval and Renaissance centre, narrow winding streets are bursting with artisan shops, art galleries, restaurants and cafes, not forgetting the colourful market on Saturday mornings.
We visited two of our villas in the heart of Pezenas this week, we have something for everyone! Villa Ava is a modern, designer villa and Les 3 Pins perfect for vintage and retro lovers. Excellent Villa. An idyllic setup with lovely pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. This makes for fantastic outdoor living and we basically lived outside rather than in the main house or the pool house accommodation. The main kitchen is also well equipped. Space for two cars parked on the drive. The hosts were very friendly and really looked after us which was much appreciated. Easy access to Agde and supermarkets, easy walk to the beach, 30 mins to Beziers, 60 mins to Montpellier.
