Aurora Bellydance Agency works with the UK’s top Belly Dancers, Darbucka Players, Arabic Singers and Musicians to bring a taste of the East to private and corporate events across the UK. The majority of our performers are London-based but we do cater for UK-wide events. We have carefully recruited our performers to offer a range of styles, techniques, colours and props.

With over 40 bellydancers on our books you can be sure to find the perfect performer for your party.

Our top priority with any of our performances is to wow your guests, but also to entertain and ensure everyone is having a good laugh. We always combine both show and interaction in all our packages because they are the perfect mix for a successful and memorable party. We want all the generations to have fun and have everyone shimmy the night away! What makes Aurora Bellydance Agency stand out…

We are known throughout London for our mesmerising performances but most importantly for our professionalism and reliability. Our customers come back year after year because they know our bellydancers are professionals who are reliable and will turn up. Many new customers come to us after having been let down by unprofessional bellydancers. Our customers also like to know that in the unlikely event of an illness emergency from a dancer we normally would be able to send a covering dancer. This only happens very rarely but when it does we do everything we can to make sure your party isn’t affected. Aurora, the director of Aurora Bellydance is on duty call during performance times, including evenings and weekends, and can assist in case of emergencies on 07910 381 895. Fun anecdotes and unusual performances…

We thought it would be fun to share with you some of the more unusual venues or settings where we have performed over the years… these include:

-Performing in the London restaurant called “Dans le Noir” in a pitch dark environment holding onto the shoulder of one of the blind waiters so he could guide the bellydancer among the tables. The sound of the coin belts was mesmerising for the guests who had all their senses in alert.

-Taking up the challenge from a customer’s request to perform a sword balancing act on a cruising party boat on the Thames. This was definitely a hit!

-Performing in a tiny flat on the 17th floor of a tower block in Tower Hill

-Bringing a taste of the East to the older generation at a nursing home

-Doing a fan spinning routine at a birthday garden party on an incredibly uneven and sloping ground.

-Dancing in the street in freezing temperatures in mid-December for Notting Hill Festival

-Puzzling unaware customers in crowded Selbys and Selfridges Department stores

-Performing for a 50th surprise birthday party in a tiny studio flat with over 60 guests crammed in the room

-Teaching a group of 7-year-olds how to do hip and chest drops for one of the little girl’s birthday party

-Performing in a school’s play ground

We have also been lucky to perform in some of London’s top venues including Gordon Ramsay’s Claridge’s, The Absolut Ice Bar, Dans le Noir, Café de Paris, Park Lane London Hilton, the Landmark Hotel, and many more…
