Agatha Christie highlights
Agatha Christie tours on sale now!
December sees two anniversaries relating to the Queen of Crime, Agatha Christie. In December
1926, she went missing for 11 days eventually being tracked down at the Swan Hotel in Harrogate; and on Christmas Eve 1914, Agatha married Archie and stayed the night at the Grand Hotel in Torquay. We have two tours that follow her time in both towns, staying at the same hotels that she did, and including local sites plus a Murder Mystery evening with dinner. Both tours are led by our literary tour expert, Jane Tapley.
Our English Riviera tour has been a best-selling tour for us since 2019, and the Harrogate tour which was launched in 2023 has been equally well-received. Places are limited to 29 per tour, so book now to ensure your place.

A Taste of Italy! 🇮🇹😋
One of the great joys of travelling is experiencing the different flavours, local produce and cuisine of the destination, and Italy is usually the top destination when thinking about travel with a 'foodie' theme.
Our tours to Umbria and Puglia are the perfect chance to sample local flavours, along with cooking demonstrations, olive oil and wine-tastings, and even some truffle hunting in Umbria, where we stay in the historic Trulli in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage site, Alberobello. In Umbria we are based in the charming and authentic hill town of Trevi with nearby architectural gems and historic treasures to explore.
We have very limited availability on the above two tours.
