Yesterday I enjoyed a really lovely evening with Jumeirah at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, just off Sloane Street SW1.

I used to visit this hotel in the past when I worked in the neighbourhood in Luxury Goods PR, and it has undergone a meticulous refurbishment over the last couple of years.

Some very happy customers have just returned from a twin-centre break and shared these gorgeous pictures with me! Just look at that sea 💙!

This family of 4 enjoyed 3 nights in Bangkok, staying at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Bangkok, followed by 9 nights in Khao Lak at Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas. While they were there, I had organised some extra excursions such as a Bangkok Foodie Tour and a speedboat trip to the Similan Islands 🛥️ 🐢 🪸

ANTIGUA 🇦🇬

Just before Christmas, I spent a wonderful week in Antigua.

Antigua is in the Leeward Islands, and is in the same administration as Barbuda. Famous for its 365 beaches (one for each day of the year), it is a small and safe island which is popular with the sailing fraternity and has some interesting historic sites in the restored Nelson’s Dockyard by English Harbour and the Shirley Heights viewpoint.

We stayed at Blue Waters Resort & Spa in the north of the island. Blue Waters is a well-established resort, known as one of the Caribbean’s finest and eternally popular with British visitors.

I also paid visits to:

🏝️ Jumby Bay Island Resort - known for its exclusivity and only accessible by boat, Jumby Bay Island is an incredible location where you will find some of the Caribbean’s (and the world’s) finest villas, as well as suite accommodation.

🏝️ Curtain Bluff - in the south of the island, this Relais & Chateaux hotel has 2 beautiful beaches and an intimate, refined atmosphere combined with the finest facilities and a personal welcome.

🏝️ Carlisle Bay - on a majestic swathe of white sand beach and with expansive facilities, Carlisle Bay is possibly one of the Caribbean’s best known resorts.

🏝️ Hermitage Bay - tucked away at the end of a dirt road, Hermitage Bay offers true seclusion and is perfect for honeymooners or just a break away from it all.

These beautiful 5* resorts are all recently refurbished and among the best on the island, and they all offer something different. It is priceless to be able to spend time at the properties and meet the resort hosts face-to-face, especially during such a busy period 💚
