Last Strengthtrip was filled with great banter, good people and brilliant food (even tho the fermented shark 🦈 wasn’t for everyone 😅)

I’m going again in August and looking forward to it.

Great Strengthtrip to Iceland. Had the honour to lift the Horse Stone, it’s a 250kg stone located fairly close to Akueyri and is called Laufàs.

I trained with the dinne stone handles, however the handle on this stone is smaller and thicker than the actual dinnie stome handles them selfs.

Meeting up with my friend was a huge bonus as well 💪😃
