Yesterday marked an incredible start to Day 1 of the Founder’s Ride, Leg 3, from Geneva to Milan.

The glorious weather and smooth roads set the stage for a great day, and with inspiring conversations and good banter along the way, we experienced the unique blend of challenge and teamwork that this ride embodies.

With some big days in the saddle ahead, we’re excited for the opportunities to continue pushing our limits, strengthening bonds, and creating more incredible memories together!

Bring on day 2 - just the matter of a big mountain to climb today!

🥵 Leg11 - Day1 was hot hot hot oh and very hilly up gravel roads.... hard work... we climbed over 8,000ft, and over half was on un-paved roads as they were resurfacing the whole area. Those who ride road bikes will know how hard that can be.

This is this first day of four cycling from Tbilisi in Georgia to Baku in Azerbaijan

🥵🥵🥵 Leg11 - Day3 - even hotter - 44'c and lots of 🐄 cows!
With a ski resort hotel finish - including a 12% climb after 90 miles!
Amazing route, scenery and roads - but very tough in the heat - I drank 8 litres of water and have never sweated so much in my whole life. Many are in the van again as just too hot and very hard.

Amazing

Last week I teamed up with Sylvain to tackle a section of the Baltic forest trail from Riga to Kuldiga.

He’s already been on the road for 3 months, slowly making his way from France to his home in Estonia.

While my 27.5’’ MUni is pretty well optimised for the the rougher terrain, Sylvain’s 36er is much more of a road machine, so it’s been impressive to see what he’s been able to cope on the larger wheel!

Two unicyclists coincidentally touring in the same area at the same time is a serious rarity, so I’m grateful that Sylvain decided to alter his original route to make these few days of travelling together happen!
