We work in the area of individual, couple and family therapy. We also offer a unique NVR parenting programme that helps parents to deal with difficulties with children and adolescents. We use both traditional talking therapy, EMDR (eye movement de

sensitisation and reprocessing) and complementary approaches like NLP, Time Line Therapy®, NLP coaching and hypnosis. We will work with you not only to remove whatever hinders you but we will help you on your way to creating the life you want using cutting edge tools of transformation. All human behaviour is state related and if we are in a bad mental state we behave accordingly, the same is true for the opposite. That is why people fail when they try to change behaviours whilst not addressing issues that trigger their inner state. We can help to get rid of: phobias, traumas, anxiety, low self-esteem problems, motivation problems, food or other substance abuse, bad memories, negative emotions, limiting self beliefs, professional burn out, and many other problems that may stop you from creating the life you want to have, on your way to become whoever you want to be. We can help to create positive self image, boost self-esteem and self confidence that are crucial factors in generating positive changes in behaviour. We can help to formulate goals that are worth reaching and help you on the way to achieve them by designing tasks that will help you to integrate positive changes. We are dedicated to help you on your way to transformation to create the life you want in the shortest possible time. Our focus is to help you to achieve your goals and outcomes. We often forget that we are not only the mind, but we also have the body with its biology, neurobiology, bioelectric, etc.

We also forget that the conscious mind is not the whole mind. A big part of our mind works outside the realm of consciousness.

Neuroscientist David Eagleman has gone so far as to compare the conscious mind to "a stowaway on a great ocean liner claiming the credit of managing an entire ship."

If we do not understand the biological mechanisms controlling our reactions and do not understand the influence and role of the unconscious mind, we often end up in frustration (and sometimes even guilt) over the alleged lack of control over how we act, react and experience our lives.

The facts are that our consciousness (as long as we live) is in a body that functions in a widely understood environment. The environment is understood both as nature and society - culture. This broadly understood environment provides the stimulation with which, depending on how we cope (with the help of biological, conscious and unconscious mechanisms), we will grow or rotten.

A development system that does not include caring for the mind (conscious and unconscious), body and environment (including healthy interaction with it) will fail to meet the expectations of those who follow this system, leading to inevitable frustration and self-blame for not having the desired results.

I never thought I would ever regret not having military training or not knowing the Russian language.
If I had the first, despite my age, I would be heading to Ukraine now. If I had the second, I could offer my services to Ukrainian people who speak Russian.
If you are Ukrainian affected by this war, speaking Polish or English, and you need psychological support, please do not hesitate. Contact me. You will get the support I can offer free of charge.

You cannot relax your mind if your body is tense. You cannot relax your body if you are not present in it. It is difficult to be present in a traumatized body. Experience of trauma in the body carries important information on how to discharge it. If you always run away from pain, you'll never know where your wounds are. Therefore, allow yourself to experience the pain of the trauma and heal your wounds by any means available to you. When you do this, it will be easier for you to relax your body and achieve relaxation of the mind.
