The chalet is available 17th to 18th June 2023 when Lowestoft's First Light Festival is due to take place. Lots of people will camp on the beach! But the chalet would be good for a family or group of friends who wanted to dip in and out of the events. Some of the line-up needs tickets, but lots of it is free.

This photo is of happy visitors down on the beach. They are uncovering the promenade hand rail that has been buried in sand by the sea. The sand there is perfect for digging a big hole.

This stretch of beach is not directly down the cliff below our chalet, but approximately 200 metres south along the promenade. It never gets too busy here.

Go another 100 metres and you reach the section of beach frequented by naturists, but these folks tend to stick to the sand dunes and are quite discreet.

This was last July. The grass is green again now. These windows look out to sea from the top of the cliff.

We were able to reach the beach north of Corton at low tide. We were the only people on the beach. Wonderful!
