The chalet is in the peaceful village of Kessingland, Suffolk (between Southwold and lowestoft). The site is privately owned by chalet owners. It is very clean and peaceful. The chalet has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The chalet has been made as a home from
home and it is furnished to a high standard. It's fully equipped for all your self catering needs! There are 2 bedrooms which are doubles. One has a tv in the bedroom. There is a single room that has a full set of bunk beds All bedrooms have wardrobes and heating. There is a travel cot if needed (please bring you own cot bedding)
All bedding and towels are provided free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels. The Kitchenette is well equipped. It has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and a ironing board. The lounge has large smart TV, free unlimited WiFi, table and chairs, large sofa, small coffee table, CD player CDs, board games, and books.There is a hairdryer in one of the bedrooms. There also a storage cupboard with beach item for you to use. Kids toys are provided. Please note wifi is provided free of charge! Sometimes there maybe lost of signal as the chalet faces the sea. There are patio doors as you step out the back of the chalet. There is a rotary line positioned out the back. There is a storage box with chairs inside for you to use. There's a grass area for kids to play and for you to soak up the sun or you can walk to the beach there is direct access to the beach from chalet site. At the front of chalet there is parking right outside the door. If you have more than one car there is plenty of free parking on site. Please do not park on grass area outside the chalet. As you enter the site there is a barrier you will need code to enter site. Check in after 15.00 and check out 10.00. Only 6 persons per booking due to our insurance policy and risk assessment. No smoking and no parties or events.
£50 deposit secures your booking and a secure bond deposit will be refunded after your holiday departure date. You will receive this once the chalet has been checked by our key holder/cleaner on your departure date. The final payment for the holiday needs to be made 4 weeks before holiday date. A final reminder will be sent, However, if the payment is not received within 48 hours of the final reminder, you will lose you £50 deposit plus your holiday. Our cancellation policy:
- Please note a cancellation notification needs to be given 6 weeks before the holiday starts.
- Deposits will not be refunded, please buy holiday insurance
