Proud to be one of the “Parts Sponsor” for Paul & Daniels £0 Budget Soap Box to be raced at Richards Castle Soap Box Derby 26th June 2022
All raising money for 3 wonderful charities!
(Hands Together Ludlow, The Hope Centre Bromyard & HeartStart)

Paul & Dan have decided to enter the local soap box derby by making a cart without spending a penny - All parts they use will be sourced for free!
Once completed they will donate what they think it wouldve cost them to make to these charities!
So far they’ve used:
An Old Moped, A Roof Rack, IKEA Shelving Unit & Go Kart Steering Setup ⚙️ 🗜

We wish the boys best of luck for later in the year!
We cannot wait to see the finished soap box!

SHOPPING LOCALLY IS SIMPLY THE BEST WAY TO SHOP!
When Rob retired from The Fruit Basket after 31years at the helm (and after being nominated by the Farm Shop Deli Awards for those who ‘deserve recognition for the courageous commitment shown to their community’) he thanked his customers ‘wholeheartedly for all their loyal support’. One customer commented that ‘these guys have gone above and beyond and always have a smile on their faces’. Putting your costumers first, buying regularly from your local shops is a win-win for everyone. It benefits the whole community.
It’s why, on a cold weekday morning in the lean winter months, this little shop has a line of customers outside, another about to pop in and no doubt two three inside.
Shopping locally means more personal service, it means better service AND it puts a smile on everyone’s faces😁

The weather might be wild but we are wrapping up warm and looking forward to a weekend of Christmas lights, mulled wine and a fantastic Medieval Fayre 🎄🏰 💫

A new season means only one thing: a new wardrobe! It’s party season and this year more than ever, we’re ready dress up, get out and celebrate! 💫
We have some great independent clothes shops in Ludlow but have you also thought about sourcing your new look with some vintage and second hand clothes? As we become more and more aware of our impact on the planet, there’s a much bigger push towards sustainability and a growing trend in up cycling and recycling. As well as a great range of charity shops, we also have two high-end vintage clothing shops.
Nina & Co on Church St is a treasure trove of designer and vintage High St finds. We’ve spent many a Sunday morning browsing the wood panelled second floor. Sequins, scarves, handbags or heels, do your bit and get thrifty this winter👛👗👠
