Our house had issues with damp. We contacted Paddy on a Saturday morning. Response was emailed to me within hours and by Monday he had arranged a visit for 2 days later. Survey was thorough. Advice given, not just for damp proofing but weather proofing the house was practical and much of it given so that we could prevent issues ourselves. This meant that Paddy only quoted a fair price for work that was absolutely necessary.

The work was done within 10 days of that first survey by a team including an electrician, plumber, plasterer, joiner, and bricklayer. Paddy was on site regularly to ensure things went well. He was easily contactible and responded quickly to queries.

All good workers and pleasant to have in our home. Decent men. Tidied up after themselves. Weather proofing involved a number of jobs, sealing windows etc, unblocking downspouts and drains. Again, these were attended to meticulously. Jobs returned to if found not to be complete.

Can't believe the speed with which this job was surveyed and completed. Very happy with the work. Thank you

I would like someone to come and assess a problem I have in a single wall extension to my home. The extension has single block walls and an inner wall of plaster board battoned to block structure. There is a flat roof to it. It's always cold, has damp floor tiles and mould on the walls in wet & cold...

Paddy and his expert team did an excellent piece of work for us. We required some external works which had to be in keeping with the style and materials of the existing house. Paddy was not only sensitive to balancing the new with the old, but his visual awareness and understanding of building materials meant that the finished result is most satisfying. As with every building project, unexpected things arose as things progressed, but he always kept us informed with what was happening – posing workable solutions rather than just identifying problems. His pricing was most competitive, but beyond this it was a pleasure to have Paddy and his crew on site and we would use them again, without a doubt.
