The Roecliffe has become available from tomorrow 1st April until Sat 6th April. For these fantastic Easter break 5 night it’s only £499 (passes if required £50).

We are fully booked until 24th Sept, then we have dates available until 23rd Dec. We are also opening up 2024 bookings.

A two Bedroom 6 berth superior holiday home a year old, situated on the edge of a cul de sac. Parking for 2 vehicles and a 3 minute walk from the amenities, and the outdoor pool in the opposite direction.

The holiday home has a south facing wrap around decking with decking furniture, and a BBQ, and seating area on the large patio below ideal for al fresco dining

Full gas central heating with additional electric fire in the lounge, with a lovely flame effect, giving you that cosy warm feel in the winter months.
Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner hob, full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave & dishwasher.
The lounge has stand lone furniture with sofa bed.
50”TV, DVD, Netflix, Alexa, DAB radio. Free WIFI
Master bedroom with king size bed. TV with DVD, dressing table. Dressing area with wardrobe with drawers.
The ensuite consists of toilet and sink.
Bedroom two has two single beds wardrobe with drawers TV with DVD.

We are now fully booked until 24th Sept. We have most weeks available from this date and looking to open up 2024 dates.
Our holiday home is a 2021 2 Bedroom, Pet friendly Caravan. Parking for 2 cars, light & airy in all rooms & beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. We are situated on the edge of a quiet cul de sac on Shorefield Country park.
Leisure passes included.

4th Sept - 8th Sept. £549. Why not get one last break in before the winter sets in. The New Forest is a lovely place anytime of the year. Plenty to do or tranquil should you prefer just to relax.
