But what is so new and so different compared to other concepts? fitdankbaby® means "fit thanks to baby" and that is exactly what you will be by participating in our course. The course combines two important factors: fitness training for the mums and playful exercises for the babies. The baby is not only present - it is an important part of each class and most exercises. No time for being bored! A relaxed atmosphere will guarantee an effective training session. In each class the mums work on toning the classical problem areas and do exercises for their backs and pelvic floor. You will learn about your baby's development and bond doing songs, rhymes and exercises with your baby. Rebecca Koehler, who developed the original concept, says: "We want to offer mums an easy possibility to stay fit and active while having a small baby. With night feeds and a new routine it can be very hard to motivate yourself to be sporty. fitdankbaby® offers an uncomplicated, fun and effective way to be fit and healthy.
