My cover photo has just changed to my next destination!
I am going to China on the 1st of September for the very first time. I have a jam packed itinerary for a week with the China Tourist Office in the North West of the country known as part of Silk Road (Xinjiang) followed by 5 days on my own to explore Beijing, tick the Great Wall of China and the Terracotta Army off my bucket list. Welcome to Catamaran Aurous and your holistic wellness journey in the Ionian.

We begin the week with a welcome ceremony and dinner onboard.

For your first two days onboard explore the beauty of the South Ionian.

Dipping in and out the most beautiful bays and letting mother nature steer your course.

Awaken your senses each morning with a power or gentle yoga flow before winding down each evening with breathwork and meditation.

Wake up feeling reenergised and in rhythm with your new sailing routine.

Enjoy a relaxed start and a late breakfast giving plenty of time for a morning swim.

Today you can discover more about wellness and incorporating it into your daily life with workshops by your host Emily.

The catamaran travels North taking you through the Lefkas Canal towards the North Ionian and the islands of Paxos and Corfu.

𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝟱 & 𝟲 - 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄.

Start days five and six with a yoga class either onboard or surrounded by the flora and fauna of Greece.

Explore the North Ionian taking in the islands of Paxos and Anti-Paxos.

These islands were made by Poseidon himself and are a wonderful interlude on your holistic wellness journey to Corfu.

On one of your days, spend the evening connecting with your breath before dining onboard in a quiet bay.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟳 - 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

Wake up for your final full day onboard.

After your morning yoga it is a good opportunity to ask Emily any questions you may have about any aspect of your week and any new discoveries you have made.

Enjoy your final afternoon on the water taking time to reflect and relax.

Your final evening comprises of a closing ceremony before dinner ashore at a local taverna.
